Alloy Recovery

The ISOMAKSAN BYM620-10V.7 Alloy Recovery system is engineered to efficiently recover blocking alloy used in optical production. Solid alloy blocks are softened and melted in a heated water bath maintained at the required process temperature. A pneumatic mechanism immerses the basket into the heated liquid. The recovered liquid alloy is discharged through the lower valve for immediate reuse in optical lens production.
